The pleather skirt has had its moment and while I will by no means be throwing mine away I’m really excited to step into Spring/Summer with a new trend. I’m loving this faux suede skirt, €45 from River Island (shall we call it fade? Faux suede?) When I saw it I instantly started to put different outfits together in my head. It’s great to have a good staple like a neutral coloured skirt in your wardrobe so you can mix and match to create some great looks. I’ve decided to share some of my ideas with this “3 ways to wear” post. I’ve used all River Island products in this post to show you how easy it is to do a multiple outfit shop.
Hope you enjoy,
Until next time,
When I saw this cape from River Island I fell in love. It’s such an easy wear. It looks great with this skirt as the colours really work well together. It also looks good with jeans and is the perfect way to make that casual outfit a bit more sophisticated. The hat also adds a bit of sophistication to this look and keeps it very on trend. This style of hat is available almost everywhere on the high street at the moment. The top is a ribbed polo and again is something you can wear with other outfits.
This scarf!!!! I’ve been wanting this river island scarf for a while now and when I saw it had gone into promotion I had to have it. It’s so warm and it really brightens up this outfit bringing it some colour and really adding a sense of fun.
Scarf reduced to €20
While the other two looks are casual this one is definitely more of a nighttime look. I love this low cut bodysuit and feel that black is a really good contrast with the skirt.
The boots for this look are over the knee, leather boots and are a brilliant buy. Mine are from Karen Millen last season but River Island have an almost identical pair here.
