If I know my followers as well as I think I do then I’m sure none of you are feeling like ‘bah humbug.’ In fact I’m sure you’re all busy shopping and making your Christmas lists, trying to decide who has been naughty or nice. It’s hard isn’t it? I’ll be doing a few Christmas gift guides in the next few days to help so stay tuned for that. In the meantime I wanted to share a look with you that I think you will all love. Not that we need reminding but Christmas is a time to treat ourselves too. With work Christmas parties, meeting up with friends or dinner with bae, we all need a look that’s easy to put together but that still looks festive and fun. I work late around Christmas so the last thing I need is to spend hours picking out an outfit or worrying about my tan. I chose this look because it’s effortless and an LBD is something that I think will get you through all of your events over the festive season. I also wanted to show you some super cool jewellery that the lovely ladies at ‘Don’t Kill my Vibe’ sent me. This jewellery will definitely be featuring in my gift guides as well as on my Christmas list! Make sure you check them out here:
Don’t Kill My Vibe is designed by two Dublin fashion designers and their stock is described as ‘badass and beautiful for the badass and beautiful.’ I fell in love with their pieces when I came across them on Instagram and the love affair has continued. I was so lucky to be gifted some of their pieces. Read more about the brand below.
I hope you enjoy.
Until next time,
I love my faux fur. I love it so much that I’m rarely seen without some sort of fur draped around me. I feel like Christmas is the perfect time to embrace your inner Bet Lynch and get away with it. This coat is one of my favourites. The colour is the perfect addition to a plain black outfit and the the over sized collar adds a bit of glamour. I picked this up in River Island last year.
You all know I work for Karen Millen so it is no surprise that my ‘dress of the season’ is this beautiful black dress from KM. I love Karen Millen and this dress has everything you could want for your Christmas party! The detailing on the dress is just stunning. Embellishment is everywhere at the moment as is lace. This dress combines both making it super luxurious. The lace sleeves add to the luxury but also mean I don’t have to worry about streaky tan.

For me this look is all about the details. I picked up these beautiful fluffy shoes in Karen Millen.
The bag has seen me through three Christmas parties already this year! It’s from Topshop and just adds a bit of fun to the look.
As mentioned above the jewellery is from Don’t Kill My Vibe. This is such a cool brand. If you’re looking for something with a little bit of edge then look no further. Any of their pieces would be the perfect stocking filler. I particularly love these marble effect earrings because, well, marble! The braclet is also super cool and easy to wear and would look just as good with jeans as it does with this dress.
Another one of my favourites pieces from Don’t Kill My Vibe is this choker.
